Helena trained at London Studio Centre, studying a wide variety of dance styles, including: ballet, tap, jazz, salsa and partner work, and gained a BA (Hons) Theatre Dance. In her final year she specialised in Musical Theatre, culminating with performances with the Seedtime Company. After graduating Helena went on to perform in Madagascar Live, and featured as a dancer in the short film Moments. She began as an apprentice with Springs Dance Company, which involved performing, teaching and touring throughout the UK, and this is where Helena found her passion for teaching. She has taught and choreographed for various dance and drama schools and also enjoys teaching couples for their first wedding dances.
